How do I order my reading glasses from you?
We have tried to make ordering your glasses online as simple as possible without having to go from page to page. Simple choose the category, then browse for the reading glasses you like and then choose the strength. Once you choose the glasses you can then continue browsing or go to the checkout.
How long will it take for me to receive my reading glasses?
All orders are subject to stock availability and where stock is available; orders placed before 1pm on weekdays will be processed and dispatched the same day; orders placed after 1pm on weekdays will be dispatched the following day; and orders placed at the weekend will be processed in time for the first collection on Monday.
What if I have entered some information incorrectly?
Contact us informing us of the error immediately, as we process orders rapidly.
What if my item is damaged?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as we can. Please note that before we ship the glasses we check them thoroughly.
What if I receive the wrong item?
In the rate event that you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We can accept payment for order using a credit or debit card. We currently accept Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, VISA Electron, American Express, PayPal, Google Checkout and VISA.
Can I pay via cheque or postal order?
We currently don't accept cheques or postal orders as methods of payment.
Are my payments secure?
All payments made via the website are 100% secure. We test our payment systems every 24 hours, ensuring our customers are safe from fraud and identity theft.
How do I know my payment has been successful?
You will get a confirmation message on your screen once your payment has been processed, as well as a confirmation via email. If you're unsure if your payment has been successful, you can contact us.
Delivery outside of the United Kingdom
Yes we do deliver to the EU/USA and Canada. For other countries please contact us.
Do you Offer free delivery?
Yes we do offer free delivery on orders over £30.
How often you email your members?
We only send out emails once a month or in some cases every two months. We only feature changes on the site or special offers. We hate spam as much as you do!!
