Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.
If you need to return an item it needs to be in an unused condition accompanied by the original packaging and a note quoting the order ID. Please note that you you MUST first contact us via email. When returning any item(s) we recommend obtaining a proof of posting as items are returned at the customer's own risk until received.
Should you receive a faulty item we will provide a full exchange or refund. Moreover if you place you order and you would like to cancel it please email us as soon as possible on enquiries@myreadingglasses.co.uk and we will refund you the money.
